Iron Lung Hols Out...

‘Shit Day'

After what seemed like a life time of fighting crime, Iron Lung decided to have a day off and opted for a city break. He really enjoy himself, hitting the usual touristy spots and then having a leisurely Joe at a recommended coffee shop. To finish, he thought a stroll along the river as the sun went down was a fitting end before he flew home.

Little did he know, an encounter of the soft kind would ruin his hols...

What a 'Shit Day'!

pro176

We are excited to announce a solo show planned for March 2014 at the Pure Evil Gallery:
PRO176 was born the 29th of July 1976 in Paris and grew up at Choisy-le Roi, a little town located in a south suburb of Paris . At the young age of 5 , he discovered the work of Jack Kirby, the famous American comic-book artist .

KAPOWWWWWW !!!

His current style is influenced by Jack Kirby, by his eternal philosophical quest of the good against the evil played on the background of universes filled with infinite stars and galaxies, populated by super-heroes and super-villains . Big futuristic machines and other spaceships straight out of a science-fiction movie will often appear in the landscape; his letters are worked on to the extreme and always perfectly overlapped in this astral-galactical universe where the anatomic lines of his characters are combined with a bright colour pallete.

We wanted to wish a very Happy New Year and good wishes for the year to come.
Thank you to one and all for supporting us in 2013. Although we have moved from our gallery space in Paul Street we are still looking to surprise you with new shows and events in the coming year. More news of this will follow in due course.
Several of our artists, past and present, have been doing great stuff across the globe, really pleased to see them doing so well.

We'll leave you with two murals by Dale Grimshaw that have really stunned the London Street Art Scene in 2013.

More of these and a solo show from Dale in 2014.
