The National Hall - London Olympia
Held upstairs in the National Hall, The Ledge drew an impressive crowd around their mini ramp qualifying heat, joined by riders Craig Coombes and Guilaume Mocqaume to name a few. Backed by big names like Osiris and Sidewalk mag, the mini ramp set the tone for talented skateboarders of all ages. Spending the first half of the day warming up, a variety of tricks began to evolve, providing entertainment for spectators and skate enthusiasts. As the second half of the day carried on, riders were whittled down to those who will qualify for the finals set to take place tomorrow, Monday 3rd September from 2-4PM.
With the addition of the new street wear section, brands such as Analog, King, Element and Etnies had the opportunity to show their upcoming collections. This complimented the selection of skate hardware and other merchandise typically at The Ledge and provided another dimension that brought big appeal to those who attended.
